Oh, Chinatown!

Did something which I had never done since my final year in NUS, oh so many years ago...
Went over to Chinatown and soak in the Chinese New Year festivity there. Along the way, took some shots with my trusty Zire72, which I aptly named 'precious'. OK, so the pictures aren't all that super - what do you expect with a 1.2MP pda cum mp3 player and video/voice recorder?
The place that Tuesday night was just coming alive and the stalls were hawking their wares, selling the usual Chinese New Year fares, with some items that had a particular emphasis on all things frm Taiwan and, of course, there were those who were selling items that promised to make life and chores easier for all (as if!)...
